Cancellation-Policy

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Sparkling Home requests cancellation notice between business hours 8am to 6pm via text message to 385 207 4904 or call hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours will result in a $98.00 cancellation fee. We do not charge for first cancellations as a courtesy although common courtesy is appreciated in this matter considering our cleaners are dependent on scheduled appointments.

If you wish to reschedule a service, please notify the company at least 24 hours prior to the service to avoid the $98.00 cancellation fee. Rescheduling services will not guarantee service in the same week and customers who already have recurring services scheduled will resume service at their next scheduled visit. Rescheduled services may also not guarantee that the designated cleaner will be available, so a different cleaner may be assigned for residential cleaning.

Once you schedule an appointment with Sparkling Home, you are responsible for providing timely input to the cleaners. If cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival, you will be notified immediately. If we do not receive a response or access to the property within 25 minutes of arrival, your appointment will be considered canceled and a $98.00 cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

If we are contacted outside normal business hours (8am-6pm) Monday to Friday, we will contact you the next business day during business hours. Be sure to leave text messages, voicemails, or emails so we can contact you directly. If we are notified of a cancellation outside of business hours and days, cancellation fees may still apply.

ARRIVAL TIME

After scheduling, we allow enough time for our cleaners to move between locations; however, they may not arrive at the exact scheduled time due to circumstances such as heavy traffic and parking or vehicle issues. We also do our best to accommodate varying needs between each client to ensure the quality of our services, so the start time may also be affected if the previous client needs more time to complete the cleaning. In some cases, cleaners may have to return later to complete the cleaning if the allotted time is not enough.

We kindly ask that you allow a 30-60 minute window for your cleaning technicians to arrive should we encounter unforeseen circumstances.

If we receive a cancellation of a visit prior to your appointment, we may contact you to begin the scheduled cleaning sooner.

SERVICE

  • Sparkling Home does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
  • We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
  • We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
  • All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
